Over: The Photo Editing App That Adds Typography To Your Photos

As you know, we write about a lot of apps here on Bit Rebels. I have to admit, most of the time when I see one that I think might be cool, I install it only to uninstall it fifteen minutes later when I realize it’s not all that impressive after all. My favorite apps are the super simple ones that are intuitive and don’t require following any instructions. I read about a photo editing app this morning that I tried and it was a lot of fun, so I thought I’d share it with you today.

There are so many photo editing apps that are popular right now, but the reason this one caught my attention is because I’ve always thought it would be fun to add some typography to my photos. Very simply put, the Over photo editing app puts stylized words on your photos. You can choose the font, size, tint and color which will add a whole new layer of personality to your photos.

In less than 5 minutes, I used this app to add some text to 3 photos below. This little photo editing app could add a fresh, new effect to the photos you post on your blog and on Pinterest. You could use it for all kinds of business marketing, personal branding or just for fun like I did. The options are endless when you start thinking about it. Depending on the photo, you won’t even need to leave a caption beneath it anymore. You can get Over here in the app store for $0.99.
