Innovative Office Design That Focuses On Health Will Inspire You

We’ve featured a lot of innovative office designs on Bit Rebels. Some have slides which connect the floors, some are outside in nature and some are painted bright colors to keep everyone alert and creative. I don’t think we’ve ever before featured an innovative office design that was specifically focused on the health and wellness of the employees. Sure, some offices provide healthy lunches or encourage people to go to the gym, but the new SuccessFactors‘ headquarters takes health to a whole new level.

The first thing you may notice in the pictures below is the Welcome area which is covered in growing plants which symbolizes life. Each person also gets a plant for his or her desk. There is also a massive staircase, and every person is encouraged to take the stairs when going between floors. Imagine how much healthier that is than taking an elevator.

The company has a bus service which picks up each employee for work. This innovative office itself is a gadget lover’s heaven with a huge screen displaying social media updates in real time. There are also other gadgets placed all over the office and a videophone on each desk. There is a gym and yoga area with Pilates and spinning classes, but get this…all junk food including soda is banned from the whole office. Imagine that! They bring in organic foods every day for everyone. What a dream office!

I assume everyone leaves work at the same time since a bus drops everyone back off at home at the end of the day. If I worked there, I might never want to leave!
