20 Amazing Illustrations About The Impact Of Junk Food

I was thinking to myself the other day that I should just skip lunch and hit up a fast food place later in the afternoon to optimize time. Well, I didn’t, and I am quite happy about it. There have been so many times when I have been working hard and trying to optimize time as much as possible, and the first thing to go is a healthy meal. In all seriousness, I wonder what triggers such stupid judgement. I mean, if you don’t get the nutrients you need, you won’t have any energy to work anyway. So really, the last think you should be messing about with is your food. This is especially true for your breakfast, right? Well, that is not really how it goes all the time. It seems many of us are a little bit too busy to see the benefits of a healthy diet, and instead, we choose the rewards of seeing our work finished. It’s pretty lame if you ask me.

Frank Graetz has apparently been thinking about this, and he decided to take a deeper look into it. It’s manifested some awareness, which is certainly a good thing! Frank produced a series of 20 illustrated images that depict to the core the impact of junk food on movie and game characters. I think after you have checked them out, it’s kind of safe to say that the impact has been anything but positive.

Sure, there are people who live off of this stuff daily, but don’t you sometimes wonder what it must do to their health? Staying healthy is not the same as becoming a fanatical exercise freak. It just involves putting a little bit more thought into what you’re eating each day, and how it will affect you. Not only does this series bring up a lot of thoughts and decisions, it’s also a great example of what skills and a bit of seriousness can create if you are set out to make a difference. It’s a brilliant look into the world of junk food and everything it will do to you, your kids or your favorite game character. Eat well.
