This is such a great design, and it totally goes in the category of “Why didn’t I think of that?” Imagine what it’s like to run your hands across faux fur, whether it is a coat or a pillow or whatever. All the color changes hue with the direction of your hands, right? By using your fingers, you can make designs and letters in the fur, right? Can you picture it?
Portuguese designer Goncalo Campos took this simple idea and ran with it. He created what now seems obvious to me… a writeboard (otherwise known as a dry erase board) with faux fur!
On this board, there are no markers or erasers needed. Write with your fingers and erase with your hand. You get the idea. It’s brilliant and fun. You can get your own here.
