An Artist’s Funny Interpretation of a Weak Economy

These dollar bills made me giggle when I saw them. This artist depicts the “sick” state of our economy with these simple illustrations.

Matthew Donaldson, a photographer from London, shows these historical figures as being ill or injured. Poor George Washington, Alexander Hamilton, Andrew Jackson and Ulysses S. Grant. According to these photos, they aren’t doing so well at the moment.

What a cute and humorous way to describe the state of the economic crisis and the dollar. These photos are part of his “President Series.” Hmm… I can think of a few other countries that might need a cast too!
