Beatles Fans Prove…All You Need Is Art! [18 Pics]

The fab four from Liverpool, otherwise known as The Beatles, rose to fame in the sixties before becoming one of the best-known bands of all time. The legends John Lennon, Paul McCartney, George Harrison and Ringo Starr are household names, and even today’s teenagers are able to recite song after song of their many hits. This music group with four artists has inspired Beatles fans all over the world to create Beatles inspired art in all shapes and forms.

Just like the inspiring iconic draw to the Beatles, creative artists and Beatles fans with all sorts of backgrounds are making weird and wonderful creations. Surely one of the most bizarre, although don’t quote me on that, is one that was literally created with chewing gum! Yes, you read that correctly, and when you look at the mini-sculpture, it’s actually hard to realize that this was made from a pack or two of Bubblicious! Some of these creations are a sweet tooth’s dream since they’re made out of jelly beans.

An interesting take on the art treasures from The Beatles Magical Mystery tour is one that merely outlines the famous foursome in metal, but the mop top group is still unmistakable! My personal favorite is the John Lennon tie, but then again, he was always my favorite Beatle. I guess we all have our favorite. Another treasure from these Beatles fans would be the take on one of the most iconic photographs in music history, and that is the Lego version of the Abbey Road album cover. Of course, seeing the Simpson’s doing the Abbey Road walk just made me giggle, and I am sure the fab four would have also smiled over that one. Make sure you check out Bart!

Beatles fans are loyal and creative, and these creations just go on and on and include graffiti, dolls made from felt, a set of Russian dolls, sand art, sculptures from chicken wire, a banana, a funny egg sculpture of the Sergeant Peppers Lonely Hearts album cover and a quite stunning tattoo, which must have been a hard days night getting that done! I have to say I would draw the line with that one, but I understand the love some Beatles fans feel. If your appetite for The Beatles is still not quenched, just take a look at the one made from food. Yes, it is again based on the Abbey Road album cover, but for some reason I am just not quite as enthusiastic about that one. Sometimes you just need to let it be.
