DSLR Paparazzi Wooden Hanging Lamp Looks Just Like The Camera Lens

There are so many photography accessories and apps to help us make our photos go from good to great, but it’s also inspiring to see a different kind of photography accessory. I’m talking about the kind we use in our homes to reflect our love of photography. We write about these kinds of designs every now and then, and this particular one caught my attention. It’s a handmade, wooden, eco-friendly, hanging lamp inspired by the one and only DSLR camera lens.

If you had this huge DSLR lamp hanging in your home, everyone would definitely know you love your camera. It has a lens hood that you can put on or leave off, and you can adjust how much light enters the room by either putting the lens hood on as a shade, mounting it backwards, or leaving it off altogether.

This DSLR lamp was handcrafted by Sandra Diaz and is available in her MonoculoShop Etsy shop. There is only one available at the time I’m writing this, and it sells for about $687. According to Etsy, “The lamp is made of white cedar wood and has a water-based varnish and beeswax finish on it. It is 100% eco-friendly. It has a ceiling frame with a stainless steel cable and a red wrapped power cord.” It’s called the “DSLR Paparazzi” lamp.

If you decide to get this and hang it over your dining room table, you might like another camera design to complement it and to put on top of the table. In that case, you might be interested in the Film Roll Salt & Pepper Shakers which would match this lamp perfectly. If you want to go all out…you could make some camera cookies with these Camera Cookie Cutters. As you see, there’s no shortage of love for the photogs in our lives!
