Since all of us at Bit Rebels are such die hard Star Wars fans, we write about those movies a lot. We are also starting to write more about Star Trek. Ever since I heard a small group of geeks speaking Klingon at a party, I’ve suddenly been interested in Star Trek more.
However, today it’s all about a different movie classic. Another series of films that is up there in my personal favorites are the Indiana Jones movies. To this day, I can watch them all over and over again and never get bored. It’s so much fun to watch my ten year old son discover Indiana Jones for the first time.
Harrison Ford was one of the original badasses in that movie. He was like a geeky James Bond. He was a little awkward with the ladies, but he always knew his facts like nobody else. I was messing around on flickr today, and I came across the Indiana Jones Lego minifig photography of flickr user Avanaut. I was stunned at the incredible quality of his work, and knew right away I wanted to share it with you. I have one question though. Is it just me or is one picture below a mashup of two movies? I had to do a double take when I saw it. If you are a true geek, you will know what I’m talking about. *wink* You can view more of this collection on Avanaut’s Indian Jones flickr page.
