Since I do a lot of small home repairs myself, I’m really into creative tools. The regular tools you see at the hardware store are way to boring for me. My toolkit is pink, of course, and I’ve had it for years. People who see it laugh at me, but hey, whatever works, right? You can see a picture of it here. When I stumbled across these chocolate tools, I couldn’t believe it. I’ve seen chocolate tools before, but never a collection as complete as this.
I officially think there must be a chocolate version of everything in the world today. Someday I’m going to write an article about the most unusual things created from chocolate that you would never think would be made in chocolate form. The only problem with these tools is instead of fixing things with them; I would just sit on the couch with a glass of milk and eat them. Hmm…
These were all created at a chocolate shop in Italy called Pasticceria Grandazzi. Their store is right smack in the mountains, in the heart of Val d’Ossola. They not only created this huge selection of chocolate tools, which you can see below, but they also make chocolate animals, kitchen utensils, sports and games stuff, and much more. Their families chocolate skills have been passed down for generations, and you can tell that this is a labor of love. You can visit their website at Pasticceria Grandazzi.
I originally learned about these tools on Book of Joe, and in the comments on that article, someone posted this picture of a chocolate Dremel. Even the cord is chocolate!
