World’s Most Expensive Business Cards ($1,500 Each!)

These business cards cost $1,500 each. You did the math in your head I’m sure. Yup, ten of these suckers cost $15,000. I know what you’re thinking, and no, I’m not effing kidding you. It’s things like this that remind me that there is a whole other world out there that I know nothing about. Who the hell would spend $1,500 on one business card? Oh well, like I always say, to each his own. I guess if you got it, flaunt it.

That’s not my style though. But then again, I think sleeping outside in a tent is fun, and I’ve been known to drink full-fat beer and eat multiple hot dogs at baseball games. I’m just not a flash-your-cash kind of girl. For those of you who are, these might be right up your alley.

These business cards, created by Black Astrum, are handcrafted on Swiss metal. Each one has over 30 carats of diamonds (!!!). Not just anyone can order these badboys either. They are by invitation only, and apparently some American celebrities have already been turned down (looks like you can’t get everything you want after all Kim Kardashian. Nah, just kidding).

30 carats is a lot of diamonds. Wouldn’t it be uncomfortable for a guy to put one of these in his wallet, in his back pocket, and then sit down? I don’t know, maybe people who order these business cards don’t carry wallets. Maybe they store their money in a bullet-proof vault instead. Maybe they have a butler following them around everywhere with a silver platter full of money, oh, and an umbrella. Yeah, I’m sure that’s what they do. All I know is if someone gave me one of these cards, I’d pick those diamonds off one by one, sell them, and take my friends on a vacation. Heeeeeeey!
