Amazing Video Of A Completely Deserted Los Angeles

Having lived in Los Angeles for about 2 years, I know how crazy the traffic can get every once in a while. Well, now that I think about it, it’s really every frickin’ day that there’s some kind of traffic jam somewhere. Being stuck on the freeway going about 2 mph knowing you have a lot to do with limited time isn’t exactly a lot of fun. Then again, we all have stuff to do, so how do you make that whole equation work out to your advantage in the end? I guess that is an impossible question unless you come up with an anti-traffic jam solution that is innovative enough not to cost any money. Yeah I know, that won’t happen anytime soon.

What if Los Angeles were to suddenly get completely deserted? Would that help your situation? I guess it wouldn’t be much fun, and quite frankly, it might be a bit scary if you ask me. Imagine a city previously inhabited by about 15 million citizens all of a sudden going completely deserted. That would be something close to a zombie epidemic or something. Even then the city of Los Angeles would be brawling with life… er… undead… movement.

If you are a little curious about how it would look if Los Angeles were completely deserted, I definitely advise you to check out “Running On Empty” by Ross Ching. This short video is something amazing. Once I checked it out, I was stunned by the lack of movement and life that was pictured in it. What happened to all the traffic, people and even wildlife? All I can spot is a lonely airplane flying over L.A. It’s a unique feeling watching it so prepare to be amazed by the awesomeness of a completely deserted Los Angeles. Is our doomsday approaching?
