Frankfurt A.M (Germany) will be an exciting destination for car lovers late September. New models will be revealed, concept cars talked about and dreams of owning the new Maserati GranCabrio will enter our minds. Yes, I wish I still lived in Germany, so I could attend this fantastic show, but I can’t. So i’ll just keep hovering over the RSS of the show updates….until then, here are a handful of highlights. The new Maserati GranCabrio is their first four-seater convertible ; 4.7-litre V8 petrol engine, 433 bhp.
BMW’s MINI Coupé & Roadster, releasing 2 new models for 2010. 1.6-litre. turbocharged unit develops 211bhp, with an EU Combined fuel economy of 40.9mp. It will hit the EU market early 2010, hopefully the US market shortly after.
The Porsche 911 Turbo is one of my fave, showing off with 0-60mph in 3.7 seconds. 3.8-litre, direct-injection, twin-turbo flat-six, delivering 500bhp, 4×4 (wow!)
