Giant Albert Einstein Head Created Using Lego

What do you do when you have pretty much built every conceivable Lego build there is that could ever fit within the four walls of your home? Well, you venture outside of course. You take on the world and start looking through our history, and then just settle for one thing and make it into an epic build few can match. Sure, it will take a heck of a lot of Lego blocks and a bucket load of time to finish it. But, in the end, you will have something you will be able to brag about for at least a week and maybe even longer. The hard part is settling on something to build, right? I mean, the world is full of things you could consider, but there is only one Einstein, right? What?

Yeah, when it comes to epic builds, Albert Einstein is apparently the one build that rules them all. It is worthy of every drop of blood, sweat and tears you can muster. The time spent on it could even be considered an investment. At least that is what the builders at the Florida Legoland thought when they ventured into the endeavor of building a giant Albert Einstein head out of Lego to grace the entrance of the theme park.

The giant Lego build took 6 months to complete, and it stands 20 feet tall and 10 feet wide. How many blocks did they use? Well, a lot of course. There are no records (at least that I have found so far) that tell the number of Lego blocks used in this build, but you can be sure that it is plenty more than what you have in those buckets in your basement. If you ever again speak of an epic build, this is the one that should be on top of your list. I mean, it is HUGE for heaven’s sake! I wonder what, when and who will take on the feat of actually beating this one? Will there ever be something more epic than this build? Everything tells me there will be…
