If you are confined within the four walls of your office during your working hours, I am sure you have thought about pretty much everything that could keep you inspired to continue working. We can’t all have the top floor office with the amazing city view where a pair of binoculars could keep you busy for hours on end if you are not careful. Some people are even housed in a small cubicle where nothing but boredom will strike you once your to-do list is completely done. So what will you do then? Is there a way to keep yourself and your cubicle neighbors busy? Are you doomed to a life in the boredom space of hell? Probably not since there are ways to keep yourself quite busy if you just think outside the box.
You see, there are a lot of things you can create even though you don’t have Lego available to you (which most of us don’t have during our working hours). For example, if you are a huge Star Wars fan, you have a whole world of new creations to consider. Just collect all the office supplies you can possible find, and just use your imagination. That’s exactly what the people over at Instructables did when they splendidly assembled the X-Wing out of ordinary office supplies.
In just six simple steps, you will have something looking quite amazingly like an X-Wing from Star Wars. If you ask your co-workers to do the same, well, you could have a blast reenacting the legendary assault on the Death Star. I am sure that if you just put a little time into it and allow your brain to get a little creative, you will be able to put together a Tie-Fighter as well to further help the realism in the battle. So what about laser beams? Well, I am sure you guys have a laser pointer in your office if you are big fans of conferences. Let the battle begin!
