How To Look Like You Can Solve A Rubik’s Cube Even If You Can’t

Hey, that’s cheating! Well, not really. If you ask me, learning this little insider secret for solving a Rubik’s cube is almost as good as knowing how to solve one the traditional way. Knowing how to solve a Rubik’s cube is like a rite of passage for a geek. At some point, if you want to be legit, you’re gonna have to know how to do that. It’s not as hard as you might think, and if you’ve done it before, you know it’s just a matter of memorizing a series of algorithms that will get the colors into certain places. Once you’ve got those down pat, you can solve one without getting a headache.

However, if you have had trouble with that in the past, I have a little secret to show you. After you watch this video, all your Rubik’s cube worries will be over. And no, I’m not going to suggest that you pull all the stickers off and put them back on in the correct places. You can solve one of those little suckers by simply doing the same action (twist) over and over. For this little trick to work, you’ll have to start with a new cube that’s not all mixed up. After that, with a series of moves which could take you upwards of doing the same move 150 times, you’ll be able to get it back to the original solved position.

See what I mean? You can solve one pretty easily now, right? The thing about a Rubik’s cube is that even though you’ll be doing the same twist, nobody will notice if they are watching you. The nature of it is such that it will be a blur within your hands and fingertips, so nobody except you will ever discover what you’re really doing. You never know when this information could come in handy. Now that you can solve a Rubik’s cube with ease, you can do anything!
