Office Wars: The Nerf Gun Fight You Don’t Want To Join

It’s been quite a while since we’ve written anything about the awesomeness of Nerf guns. The last one I think was an article written by @AndySowards which totally got our readers off their butts to check out what the heck this whole religion is all about. There is actually a whole league going on with Nerf guns, and if you are into that, there are tons of videos about it on YouTube, but that’s not what we are going to talk about in this article. We are actually going to check out something that you probably do not want to be a part of. As mentioned, it’s of course going to be all about Nerf guns, but not in the way that you think.

If you find that your boss or colleague has a collection of Nerf guns in his or her office, I suggest you do not just run up and grab one to try this out. The effects might not be the kind you initially thought they would be. Well, at least not if you’re working in an office with these guys.

This clip is all about the effects, and I must say, what this guy does in this video is quite awesome. Even though we are used to great homemade special effects these days, this video is really entertaining. I am sure this guy has an awesome reel with his effects on it. This one; however, is more than enough to make you a Nerf gun fanatic or a special effects pioneer. Maybe it’s time to dust off that After Effects software you have laying around and start being creative. It might actually pay off one of these days. Video done by YouTube user FinalCutKing
