Pet Loc8tor: The Gadget That Finds Your Missing Pet

Most people I know who own pets, regardless if they are dogs or cats, treat them like family members. Whether the dog or cat is a fancy breed or a mutt, he or she is very special. Their family would do just about anything to make sure they are cared for. I know a lot of people who even take their dogs to work. If you were to visit our office here in Cincinnati, you would probably be surprised to see dogs running around in the building. Most of them are even dressed by their owners so that they will stay warm since the weather here can get very cold. In the office pantry, you don’t just see glasses and mugs for people to use, but there are also dog bowls so the dogs that visit will have plenty of water when they get thirsty.

For most people, there are few things more stressful than losing their precious four-legged angels. Imagine taking them for a walk, and somehow they stray. What if your pet gets away when you forget to close the door? Or worse yet, what if he or she follows you out the door in the morning without your knowledge? What would you do? I found this geeky gadget that can solve the problem. It’s called the Pet Loc8tor.

It is so handy because all you need to do is clip the homing tag on your pet, and then use the credit card sized locating device to find him or her. With just a press of a button, the audio and visual clues will help you track your missing pet. No more shouting will be required, and best of all, you’ll have the comfort of knowing that with just a push of a button, you can locate your pet right away. The only thing is, you have to remember to get this product before your pet is missing. It’s definitely a precaution worth taking. The Pet Loc8tor is sold at Think Geek for $79.99.
