Reebok & Marvel Create Superhero Footwear [29 Irresistible Pics]

I don’t think there is anyone in the world who has read a comic book or watched a superhero movie and not imagined what it would be like to have a superpower of some kind. I have wanted to have every superpower from invisibility to super-strength and even the ability to fly, and I’ve wanted them sometimes all at once. Now that I’m older, nothing has really changed apart from the type of superpower I would have. For example, the ability to get my children to tidy up after themselves would be a real blessing right now!

But fear not fellow superhero dreamers, just because you can’t have the actual superpower, it doesn’t mean you can’t wear your favorite superhero on your feet. These incredible creations from Reebok take classic Reebok styles and combine them with Marvel designs for a range of superhero shoes that have something for everyone. The designs have been beautifully crafted by Anthony Petrie, aka Zombie Bacons, and they are just geek-a-licious!

Zombie Bacons was quoted as saying, “Here is the first line of the Reebok X Marvel collaboration that I designed. I’ve been working with kid’s footwear to create Spider-Man licensed shoes for a few years now, and finally, we can get some adult sizes for us grown-up nerds and nerd-ettes! The sneakers drop this summer at specific retailers. The first lineup is Captain America, Red Skull, Spider-Man, Venom, Wolverine, Sabretooth, Deadpool, Chamber, Black Widow and Emma Frost.”

So whether you are having a comic book reading marathon, watching The Avengers on the big screen, or maybe just practicing your favorite superhero pose, you have the ultimate accessory. Each pair comes with a character tag and incredible character details. Even the innersoles have the actual superhero illustrated on them. The only difficult decision you will face now is which one to choose. My favorite superhero is Spider-Man, but the Reebok X Marvel Captain American shoes are my favorites, oh what to do? Maybe there is a superpower that will help me choose?
