Star Trek Cat Tree: For Trekkies With Cats

To keep up my newly found stream of Star Trek awesomeness, I found something that every trekkie will find totally irresistable. We all know that cats have made their noise on the interwebs, and that YouTube is literally littered with them being all cute and funny. I wouldn’t even be able to correctly estimate how many times I have been checking out these “cuteness” videos that millions of people upload on a daily basis. They never seem to end, and the flood of the things that cats apparently do is just endless.

How the heck do you combine Star Trek Films with a cat without making it a Hello Kitty Star Trek figurine? Well, you can do it with a Star Trek Cat Tree. What is it? I am sure you have seen a cat at some point claw their heart out on a piece of carpeted board that has a couple of platforms on it, right? That is called a “cat tree.” Cats love to climb, and their love for heights seems to make these cat trees higher and higher by the year. This particular one, designed by imgur user Hobbitron, is totally badass with all its shapes inspired by Star Trek.

There is no doubt this thing is a custom made cat tree, and I am unsure if you will be able to get your own. I am sure if you contact Hobbitron, he or she will probably be happy to make one for you for the right price. It’s a huge piece, and I must say that if I was as big of a Star Trek fan as I am a Star Wars fan, I would literally buy myself a cat just to get one of these. By the looks of it, Star Trek fans are making a huge comeback and actually matching the Star Wars community’s creativity. Much can be said about this thing, but BADASS is probably the only word necessary to describe it.
