Star Wars Characters From 1921

The Star Wars articles here on Bit Rebels have become like an old reliable friend. That’s not because our readers really enjoy a good Star Wars creation (which you all seem to do), but because there is always stuff to write about it seems. Star Trek comes in a little bit behind when it comes to the more creative stuff, even though we randomly stumble upon them. Sometimes we even get sent a few cool Star Trek things from which we pick that might truly fit your taste. However, when it comes to Star Wars, there is always something brewing it seems, and the fans around the world never seem to run out of creativity.

That’s exactly the case when it comes to the R2-D2 robot and the other characters. We’ve featured life-size, miniature and giant creations. We’ve even written about an observatory turned into a huge R2-D2. It just never ends. Not too long ago, I even wrote about a steampunk or rather a 1942 series of Star Wars figurines that took my breath away. This time around, it’s a little bit more intricate than that. These characters look to be dated from back in the 1920s, and as a matter of fact, the description states that they do actually look like something created back in 1921.

If Star Wars would have been created back then, this is most likely what the characters would have looked like according to the creator Jordan Thomas. You have to look at the detail on these things because even on the smallest piece, there is likely to be a little message to send you all the way back to the retro times of the Star Wars saga. I especially enjoy his R2-D2 robot since it has everything you could have ever wanted when it comes to ingenuity back in 1921. The Star Wars saga would certainly have been different if George Lucas would have made those movies back then. Don’t you think?
