The Impact Of Site Speed On Business Results [Infographic]

Taking a fresh and new website all the way to the top is not only a time consuming endeavor, but also an experience I think everyone should have. What I mean by that is that there is so much involving a website that applies to a lot of things in life as well. Patience is probably one of the best personality traits to have if you’re starting up your own online service or website. Growing a website can take a long time, and it is pretty much up to you what route you want to take to get to the very top. However, it’s also about growing with the site in terms of server speed and how the community itself reacts to changes and features that you add or take away from your site or service.

Here at Bit Rebels, we’re all about patience. We’ve come across so many obstacles that we’ve had to carefully navigate out of including server issues, memory leaks and CPU overloads causing the most hilarious errors sometimes. It’s all part of your daily work if you want to grow your own online kingdom. There is, of course, also pressure to perform since your visitors won’t wait around forever for you to correct whatever it is you’re fixing. As far as they are concerned, they just want your site or service to work, and they want it to be fast.

There are a lot of things you can do to speed up a website, and we’re doing everything we can with the limited resources that we have. We’re always optimizing, refining and altering things that seem to hog up the resources available. One thing is for sure, and that is that having a slow website can affect your end result quite a lot. Everyone wants to be a a part of a fast service, and Google is probably the best example of that. So, have yourself a look at this infographic from Yottaa to see just how much a slow website could potentially affect your business results. It’s a killer!
