This begins with your company’s website. Your customer-facing online presence needs to offer clear value and provide calls to action. A well-designed e-commerce website will mean a real improvement in profits over a poorly designed one!

You’ll also want to make sure that your customers can reach your company for requests, questions, and feedback. A social media presence is a great way to interact with customers, and it can help you manage issues and complaints before they find their way to the big review sites.
