Disney And DuPont Create The Ultimate Tron Living Experience

It might seem like Tron: Legacy is lingering on longer than some people would like it to because there are constantly new and interesting things released in the name of Tron. Some would say that the movie was a complete flop since it barely reached the investment in the U.S., however, worldwide it did fairly well. Some have also said that the storyline was among the worst in the history of the movie industry, while others think it was a worthy sequel to the first Tron movie released in 1984.

Personally, I think it was a good movie and the ground-breaking special effects and soundtrack were absolutely off the hook. Sure, it was a movie all dedicated to the progression of special effects, but it also portrayed a bit of pop culture back in 1984, which was fueled with new life once again. The Tron visuals have become a new lifestyle phenomenon, and people are creating Tronified interior design, experiences and gadgets to match a lifestyle they wish existed. Now Disney and DuPont have gotten together to create the ultimate Tron Living Experience in the form of an exhibition.

Disney and DuPont invited several different companies such as Altha, Tao Esterno, Capo d’Opera, Jacuzzi, Lago, Cappellini and artitects such as Shai Akram, AquiliAlberg, Marco Piva, Dror Benshetrit, Jordi Canudas, Lagostudio, Ilaria Marelli, Giulio Cappellini and many more to create innovative Tron interior design and lifestyle accessories. The project itself is meant to inspire and produce a new line of lifeware that can be used to live a Tronified lifestyle with the comforts of ordinary living. So, all you Tron lovers out there that are dreaming about a life within the grid, your dream might come true in the very near future.
