Rise Above It All: Experience Human Flight

I know that life can be tough. Everyone has their own battles they face everyday. Some people struggle with financial challenges, others with relationship issues, and even others struggle with time and maintaining balance in their lives. However, regardless of what the challenges may be, I can assure you that everyone has their own issues that they face inside themselves each day.

Money doesn’t buy happiness. We’ve seen examples of that over and over again. Happiness comes from within, yet we so often we chose to hold on to bitterness and negativity instead. Why do we do that? Why do we sabotage our own happiness? Why do we put so much pressure on ourselves instead of just enjoying our lives? We were not put on this earth to suffer. We really need to operate on a higher level, don’t you think? We have to get out of our own way, and rise above the challenges in our lives. We’ve got to love and help each other whenever we can. We are all in this life together.

I want to fly above it all, how about you? No matter what you have going on in your life at this moment, I want to encourage you to rise above it all. Remind yourself daily that you did something well, be thankful, build an excellent support system around you, push yourself to accomplish your goals and do something that inspires others. Don’t think big; think mega huge.

In a world full of people, only some want to fly, isn’t that crazy?” ~Seal, Crazy lyrics

If you are in a cycle of failure, it may seem like it’s hard to break free. That may be true. Our thought patterns are sometimes tough to change, like bad habits. However, there is an upside to this. Just think, a success cycle is also hard to break. Once you get there, you’ll be on a roll. Remember, if someone else is causing us to behave a certain way, we are not in charge of our life, that person is. I read something today that said 80% – 90% of all thinking is negative. Is it possible that is true? Let’s change that in ourselves.

When I saw this video, I immediately knew I had to share it with you. According to Vimeo, “… the five times world skydiving champions Fred Fugen and Vince Reffett from Soul Flyers were invited to Melbourne to provide advanced 3D coaching to some of Australia’s leading skydive athlete talent.” This is the kind of flying I want to do. All I can say is wow. #bucketlist
