Sleep Or Die: How Little Or No Sleep Will Affect You [Infographic]

Dedicated entrepreneurs sometimes keep working towards their goals even though their bodies tell them to quit and go to bed. It is called nothing other than dedication, and it is a tool that most entrepreneurs use quite often to get ahead of the game. Only our bodies know what cost of this is. It’s a great tool to use, but the negative effects of it might be more costly than the gain of the actual work completed. It is said that you can never get back the sleep you’ve lost. That basically means that even though you decide to sleep a couple of hours longer after a long 24 hour shift, you will still not have made up for the lost sleep that you were supposed to get hours ago. It’s just how the body works.

It’s a complicated algorithm to solve since most entrepreneurs are hard working and skip sleep whenever they can to get a few more work hours into the day. Lack of sleep can cause your body long term damage that isn’t too easy to fix once it’s happened. That doesn’t mean you are a lost piece of meat waiting to die. There is always time to better yourself, and that is exactly what Your Local Security wants to help you with.

They have created the ultimate sleep guide called Sleep Or Die. It goes through the effects of not sleeping, as well as what you can do in order to fall asleep more relaxed. The tips in this infographic might seem simple, but they are thoroughly tested over many years and are guaranteed to work. I think I might actually have a go at some of these since I feel I haven’t had a good night’s sleep since I was like a kiddo. Maybe this will alter my doomsday coming early, if you know what I mean. It’s definitely worth a try. Now, the title of this infographic doesn’t exactly help me relax, if I put it like that. Maybe it’s the same for you.
