The Internet Is A Dangerous Place…

The Internet has become a prime target for people out to cause you harm and contact you with malicious intent. Organizations around the world are furiously working on educating young people as well as parents to prevent these attacks that happen on the Internet. However, the fact remains that there is an alarmingly high number of young children who still fall into the pits that predators dig with intentions to cause them harm. It’s a serious threat, and we should all work hard to become more aware of what is happening around us. The educating of children and parents can’t be fast enough since the ways to network on the Internet get easier by the day. However, if done right, you can do quite a lot to prevent yourself and your children from becoming victims of these malicious predators that are lurking around the Internet.

Someone by the name of 5BFJM on imgur printed up some posters to educate people, and at the same time, craft some laughs out of the seriousness of the whole matter. He posted them around town, and soon the police gave the comedian a call and said that it was certainly not alright to do that.

I understand the dilemma that the police faced, but at the same time, I can’t help but smile at the humor portrayed in the poster. If this was something that the police were so concerned about, how come this second poster (second image on the page) remained up for a longer period of time before someone even so much as bothered to care? The world is sometimes way more twisted than you would think. Be aware, be careful and look out for each other!
