Social Media Management In 30 Minutes Per Day [Infographic]

Time is a commodity that most people don’t have in abundance. Today the world is spinning ever faster, and we are left confused and stressed about simple tasks that wouldn’t have worried anyone a couple decades ago. We’re online and plugged in as if our lives depended on it. To some extent, it sometimes does, especially if you are a business owner. Social media management takes up time, and sadly, it’s usually what keeps us from making the most of the time we’ve been given.

When you think about it, how many hours a day do you spend looking at your friends’ social media streams as if some sort of miracle could happen at any minute? We stare at them. We like and share as if something supernatural has taken over us. We love the refresh button. It’s a lifesaver that most people wouldn’t be able to live without, at least not now that we are so addicted to our social media services.

What if we could come up with a way to complete our social media management in 30 minutes or less? Then what? Would we be able to relax, take on new adventures in life, or even just spend a few more minutes with our loved ones? This is an intriguing question, and I think there have been plenty of people who have tried to figure this out. I can tell you that I have not even come close to solving this equation yet, and I doubt I ever will.

An infographic called Rock Social Media In 30 Minutes A Day, presented by Pardot, gives us a unique chance to schedule our time on social media in a way that most people would probably call blasphemy. Optimizing time to the point that social media management is possible in just 30 minutes each day takes some rather impressive skills. Not only do I wonder about the consequences of such a strategy, but I keep wondering whether a person’s followers, fans and clients would suffer greatly from it. Nowadays when customer support is everything, this strategy doesn’t rhyme well.

Then again, in the end, it’s all about how you approach it. Adapting this social media management tactic is of course a choice, and if you are able to make it work for you, I think we should all tip our hat at your genius efforts. Is 30 minutes spent on social media management per day enough? The answer to that question has to come from people like you, the users of social media.
