This Sleep Talking Man Accidentally Went Viral!

This story has been all over the news and the internet this week, have you seen it? Adam Lennard, a mild mannered, restrained man by day, turns into a rambling, cursing, and funny as hell comedian at night when he talks in his sleep.

Several months ago, his wife started recording him when he sleep talks and then in the morning, she transcribes his words onto their blog for friends and family to enjoy and laugh about. Fast forward to this week… they now have an average of 250,000 people that read their blog daily, just to see what Adam rambled about the night before. According to couple, the man Adam turns into when he sleeps is so different from the daytime Adam that they talk about that sleeping character as if he is a different person.

Of course, many people are claiming that this couple is fabricating all of this information just for publicity. Their response? “Come to our house and see for yourself when Adam is sleeping.” So far, I don’t think anyone has taken them up on that offer.

Their blog is http://sleeptalkinman.blogspot.com. You’ll be able to listen to audio clips of his ramblings and you’ll see that they are now selling t-shirts with his sleep talking phrases on them. According to http://www.metro.us, here is a sampling of some of his “gems” –

“I don’t want to die! I love sex. And furry animals.”
“Your mum’s at the door again. Bury me. Bury me deep.”
“Don’t leave the duck there. It’s totally irresponsible. Put it on the swing, it’ll have much more fun.”
“Put the lobster down. Put it down!”
“I haven’t put on weight. Your eyes are fat.”
“Legs time! Everybody get your legs!”
