Intoxicase: iPhone Case That Tracks Beer Bottles Opened

Not too long ago, Diana wrote an article about the iBottleOpener. It’s an iPhone case with an inbuilt bottle opener. It’s not really complicated at all, and the name should pretty much give that whole thing away. It became quite a viral thing when it came out 6 months ago, but it has since died down in its impressiveness. I guess we’re all waiting for the next thing to rock our world, and since the genius life hacks are always being presented to us, it shouldn’t be too long until there is another invention that will make our lives a little bit more… geeky. As a matter of fact, I think I might have one for you all today.

It’s called the Intoxicase, and its name might be a little bit harder to decipher than the iBottleOpener. I guess you could say this one takes the whole beer bottle opening experience to a whole new level. First of all, the opener itself is actually integrated into the iPhone case at the back instead of at the bottom end. But that’s not really where its usefulness is going to marvel us. The case will actually count how many beers you have opened with it.

Yup, so now when you go to the bar or the club and get wasted, you will know exactly how many beers you’ve had during the night and why you got to the point where you had to start thinking about getting back home. It’s a nifty little thing that might come in handy for bar owners as well, to count how many beers each bartender has opened during the evening for example. Whatever good that could ever do, right? Well, the Intoxicase iPhone case is available now for just $35 over at its official website.
