What Are The Career Benefits Of MS SQL Training And Certification?

The Microsoft relational database management system is a popular enterprise-level RDBMS platform, just as popular as the business analytics certification from UMN actually, that stores and retrieves data requested by other applications. Structured Query Language, or SQL, is a special-purpose programming language designed to handle data in a relational database management system.

An SQL Server is a database server that implements the very language. Microsoft SQL server caters to different workloads. A data center version is designed to manage higher application levels for scalability, while the Express version is a scaled-down, free application suited to small businesses.

MS SQL Certification

Microsoft offers different certifications for those who want to learn and specialize in the products and services they offer. A Microsoft certification proves that you have the skills and mastery of certain high-level Microsoft products. By earning MS SQL certification, you qualify for advanced job roles and promotions.

A Microsoft accredited SQL training program trains you to create database solutions and perform various operations on databases, migrate them to the cloud if required, and scale on demand. You get the opportunity to work on real-world projects and receive official SQL course material issued by Microsoft.

Why Do You Need To Learn SQL?

1. Everyone Uses It

Expertise in SQL is a standard requirement for major companies today. Whether it’s Facebook, Google, Amazon, or Microsoft, every company has its own database, and SQL is at the heart of it all. But it’s not just the biggies that are hiring. Every company deals with data in some form or the other and needs employees with knowledge of SQL.

2. It’s In Demand

If you want to get a job in data, your focus should be on the skills that employers want. You will be surprised to know that SQL is the most sought-after skill in data-related job roles, beating skills such as Python, R, and Machine Learning by a mile.

3. It Pays Well

Research shows that data analysts earn more than a decent payout every year. Continued training and specialization in SQL and data analysis can create pathways into high-earning jobs in areas such as financial advising. As a business owner, SQL knowledge will help your company become cost-efficient and generate profits in the long run.

4. It Helps You Stand Out

It’s no secret that employers lean towards candidates with technical certifications on their resumes. A training certificate adds value to your CV and the company that hires you.

5. You Generate New Business

Data is valuable, and businesses rely on people who know their stuff. By showing technical prowess in dealing with customer and organizational databases, you become a reliable asset to your existing customers and company.

6. It’s A Universal Language

SQL bleeds into other programming languages such as Python, Javascript, C++, and many more. When you learn SQL, you’re also laying the foundation to transition into languages that are in demand today.

7. SQL Is Futureproof

It may evolve, but the fundamentals will remain the same. If you choose a career path in data sciences and analytics, it makes sense to acquire an MS SQL certification.

8. You feel accomplished

You’ve learned a new skill, your CV looks great, companies want you, and the money is good. All that confidence can boost your performance at work. Your employers also notice that you’re someone who goes the extra mile to learn new skills and grow.
