Super Mario Proposal: When Geekery Has No Boundaries

It’s probably one of the most important decisions you can make in your life, and the outcome varies with the creativity. I am of course talking about that marriage proposal that you’ve been thinking about. We constantly hear about both epic proposals as well as, in some cases, quite unsuccessful proposals. It takes a whole lot of thinking and planning to pull off a great proposal, and in today’s day and age, just a knee bend and an open box with a ring in it is no longer enough it seems. There are plenty of people out there that are going out of their way to come up with the most epic and adventurous proposals they can think of.

There are ways to propose that have yet to see the light of day, and those are usually the ones that get the most attention. Not only are they original, but they are most likely to be recorded and put on the Internet for us all to check out, at least that’s the trend we’re seeing.

I am quite sure you have never seen a proposal like what YouTuber SilvasRW made to his girlfriend. The Super Mario approach is one of the geekiest ways I have seen to date when it comes to proposals, and the creativity is astounding. He not only made the scene for it all to look just right with the room entirely covered in Super Mario wallpaper, but his creativity behind the box popping open and the fireworks in the end is going to make your smile muscles activate a couple of times at least.

I must; however, agree that this is probably only going to be appreciated by the uber geeks around the world. You would have had to play Super Mario once or twice to get it. The bond between the two shows a kind of link between them and the Super Mario theme, and what lies behind all that only this cute couple knows. And in the end, it doesn’t really matter. The only thing that does is that they are now on a lifelong adventure together. Congratulations!
