As I sat here contemplating my weekly shoe article, it became clear to me that this week I wasn’t going to focus on shoes at all, but instead, on rain boots.
I remember when I was a little girl there were all kinds of fun colorful rain boot options. I had so many different pairs, and I looked forward to rainy days so I could wear them to school.
As we get older, for whatever reason, rain boots suddenly become boring and sometimes just plain ugly. I got excited when I found these Regina Regis Rain Wellington Boots because they bring the fun back to playing in the rain and jumping in the puddles. In addition to being colorful and flirty, they measure the rain. However, I think you’d have to almost be stuck in a flood for these to really measure any rain, but it still adds to the fun. I just love this simple design!
