Worth 1000 is well known for their super fun photo contests. It’s always interesting to browse the entries for inspiration. Recently, they had a contest which caught my attention because the entries were just so fabulously creative and well done.
They’ve previously had a Meet The Beatles contest, and this one was a part two contest called Meet The Beatles 2. This time it was all about Photoshop and taking the Beatles on a trip through time. The rules were to “portray the Fab Four in another era: As Middle Ages minstrels, as 1990s rappers, or even as a “boy band.” #hellyeah
The contest only ran for 48 hours, and it recently ended. I put a sampling of the entries below. You’ll see John, Paul, George and Ringo as 21st century glam rock stars, The Rolling Stones, black metal trailblazers, ’80s rockers with big hair and yes, even the preverbal boy band. The second image, entitled The Beatling Stones, won second place. You gotta love Photoshop. These are so much fun!
