I really enjoy art that is Picasso-ized. You know what I mean, right? It’s art where the artist has created a painting (usually of something or someone familiar) using cubism, which is the technique Pablo Picasso made famous. You can spot that style in an instant because it’s so distinctive and unique.
In order to create artwork like this, the artist has to break up the subject into pieces and then reassemble it into an abstract form. We’ve seen a lot of this type of art on Bit Rebels before, but today I found the holy grail of all cubism… Star Wars Picasso-ized!
These were created by deviantART artist Tommervik. There is not a whole lot I can tell you about him because he’s pretty much a ghost online; however, his art below is absolutely fabulous! He’s a good guy though, I have no doubt. You’ll see at his eBay store that he is a power seller with 100% feedback. I also have 100% feedback at my eBay store, and I know first hand how hard it is to maintain that and keep everyone happy. Thank you, Tommervik, for giving us our Star Wars fix for the day!
