A few days ago, on August 16th, Quentin Tarantino unveiled his list of “Top 20 movies since he started to direct in 1992.” I’ve always had a deep respect for Quentin Tarantino’s talent. He is known as one of the most talented American directors, screenwriters, producers, cinematographers and actors. Yes, this man can do it all.
Most famous for his unconventional storytelling, his mind-blowing time twisting and his signature camera angles, Quentin chose some very interesting movies for this list. Who would have thought he would love “Friday” with Chris Tucker and Ice Cube? I love that movie. Also on the list are the classics of our generation: The Matrix and Speed. Love them! Of course, there are also a few obscure movies on the list, which I’ll have to check out.
“I’m not saying that I’ll never get married or have a kid before I’m 60. But I’ve made a choice, so far, to go on this road alone. Because this is my time to make movies.” ~ Quentin Tarantino in 2005
