Everybody loves finding out facts about their favorite fictional characters, right? I can’t be the only one who thinks it’d be interesting to know how The Doctor would feel about modern music, or what drink The Joker would order at a bar. It shouldn’t be much of a surprise then that this series of infographic caught my eye- as I’m sure it’ll catch yours.
A Flavorwire exclusive, it’s titled “Fictional Character Birthday Calendars.” I immediately searched through it with glee to find that both Indiana Jones and Eric Cartman share my birthday (gotta take the good with the bad I suppose), and that Sherlock Holmes was born in the same month as I. Alas, Batman’s nowhere near me in birth date- Bruce Wayne was reportedly born on February 19, The Dark Knight some time later. If you were born on that day, I’m jealous- though I would rather have been born August 1 anyway.
It’s a pretty bloody comprehensive list, featuring characters from all walks of the geek spectrum from the awkward Steve Urkel, to the eponymous sociopath Dexter Morgan, to the much beloved Superman, to the Legendary Commander Shepard. Even Borat and Homer Simpson make an appearance on the infographic.
In any case, if you’re looking to rush to the calendar so you can brag about the awesome characters you’re related to (or bury the link with shame and never speak of it again), you can find the original infographic, called Character Birthdays, on Flavorwire’s website here. You can also check out the calendar for the next few months, if it pleases you. Enjoy!
