Severed Zombie Head Bowling Ball Designs

I remember about two years ago when zombies suddenly became really popular. I’m not sure exactly if it was a movie or television show that started the craze. There was the Twilight series of course, but that is vampire-themed, and as you know, vampires are very different from zombies. If you don’t know the difference, you can check out Vampires vs. Zombies: Do You Know The Difference? My friend Jessica Northey always says, “Vampires are hot, zombies are not.

We’ve seen a lot of zombie-inspired designs before, but I think this one might be my favorite. It’s just so wild and wacky, and the design itself is fabulous. These are severed zombie head bowling balls. Each ball is designed as… well… a dismembered bloody zombie head. The cute part is that the finger holes are the eye sockets, nostrils and mouths. These were created by 13th Street. They teamed up with Oliver Paass, the famous spray gun artist, and spent three weeks having fun making these. You can watch the video below to see the design process. I can’t even imagine how difficult it would be to make a design like this on a 360-degree ball. I don’t even bowl, but I want one!
