I love cheeseburgers and I love paper art, so this article makes me happy. Have you noticed that the trend lately with food art is to make it tiny? It doesn’t take much snooping around the Internet to find some very creative itty-bitty food creations.
These particular examples, created by Stephanie Anderson, are part of her “Bite-Sized Burger Zine” collection. These are tiny paper/card sandwiches where each ingredient is a separate card.
The number of cards your burger comes with depends on which burger you order. The double cheeseburger, for example, comes with a bun, two beef patties, two slices of tasty cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, ketchup, secret sauce and pickles. You can customize your burger also, just let the chef know when you place your order how you would like it made. If you would like to see more, you can check out Stephanie’s flickr page here. You can purchase these cards and more of her designs here. Thank you for the inspiration Stephanie! You’ve got a gift.
