There are all different types of sushi to choose from including California Maki, Kani Maki, and Ebi Sushi. I love them all, as a matter of fact, Japanese food is one my favorite types of food. I know a lot of people don’t like the raw stuff, but I do, and particularly I love the salmon Sushi and Sashimi. It is an acquired taste. I am glad that my Dad introduced us to Japanese food at an early age. I remember eating my first octopus, yummo!
I guess the best part of eating Japanese food is also using chopsticks. I learned how to use chopsticks early too. At first, as everyone knows, it can be pretty tricky. Imagine holding your food, and placing it in your mouth with just 2 sticks to support it. It can be a juggling act. You get used to it with practice. Now there is a new way for you sushi lovers who hate chopsticks to eat the delicacy. They are now packaged in a unique container called Sushi Poppers. I have included two videos here for you to see how the packaging has made it easier to eat Sushi!!
