If you have insomnia, then you know how hard it is to make yourself fall sleep. Even if you do not have insomnia, if you are the type of person who works really hard to finish everything in the day, you might still lose sleep in the process.
Did you know that by keeping an erratic schedule you might also mess up your body clock? It is quite hard to get back the rhythm. I know this since I am guilty of doing it. In the long run, you will notice that by not sleeping enough, we deprive our bodies of the time it takes to recharge. I found a cool device that I believe can help. It is called Dreamate. It allows you to hack your body back into a proper circadian rhythm.
Dreamate uses accu-pressure techniques to gently massage the “sleeping golden triangle” on your left wrist. Used 30 minutes before bedtime, you can retune and reset your biological clock and train your body to relax and sleep. You’ll see results in as little as a week’s worth of use, with best results after eight weeks. These precise pressure points, when gently massaged, calm the body, lower stress levels, and induce sleep. This works much differently than those addictive sleeping pills that knock you senseless, but offer little improvement in your overall sleep quality.
