Cookies are one of life’s yummiest pleasures, and making them is one of my favorite parts of the holidays. This is the time of year when my son and I bake all kinds of different cookies and neatly place them in decorative tins lined with red and green tissue paper for all our friends and family. We put a lot of love into baking cookies, and it’s such a fun project for us to do together.
We usually don’t make the standard cookies shaped in a circle or a star. We like to be a little more creative and geeky than that. These days, there are so many fun cookie cutter shapes to try out! I’ve written about several fun cookies before. In case you are looking for ideas, you can check out the Helvetica cookie cutters, the misfortune cookies (fortune cookies with an unusual message!), and my favorite thus far, the Star Wars cookie cutters. I’m happy to say that I have another type of geeky cookie cutter to add to our ever-growing collection.
They are shaped like Pac-Man! Pac-Man was always my very favorite video game when I was a little girl. I used to do chores around the house to save up enough quarters to play the Pac-Man game at the pizza restaurant for hours. These officially licensed little cookie cutters will fit perfectly in any geek’s kitchen. Even if you don’t make cookies with them, what a cute and colorful little decoration. They come in a four pack consisting of one Pac-Man and three little ghosts. Aww… so cute! You can buy them here.
