I love hot air balloons, although I have never had the chance to ride in one yet. My friends who have said that it was an awesome experience. I would have to travel quite a distance to get the opportunity to ride in one. Maybe in the next festival I will try to fly in one!
I love that these days the manufacturers of the hot air balloons are being very creative. When I was young, the only type of hot air balloon design we ever saw was the normal bulb shaped balloon with rainbow colors or solid bright colors.
Not only are the new designs fun, but if you look at the pictures below, you will see that they cater to all people of all ages, geeks and non-geeks! You can also see that it is another great way to add fun to your brand. In prior years, the only way for brands to participate in a hot air balloon festival was to slap their logo on a balloon or make a sign. That was it. Now brands can actually create a life size image of their product, making it more interesting. Even our favorite cartoon and movie characters are given new life on these balloons! It would be awesome to be able to ride in one that has your favorite character like Darth Vader or Godzilla on it!
