High Heel Cupcakes For Fashionistas With A Sweet Tooth

I’m on the Internet all day, every day. Sometimes I find things that I think you might like, and I bookmark the pages to write about them the next day. Then there are other things that can’t wait until the next day. They are just too good, and they deserve immediate attention. When I found these high heel cupcakes, it was like an epiphany moment, and I had to stop what I was doing so I could write about them straight away. It was like I had an imaginary sugar rush from just looking at the pictures.

We’ve all seen creative cupcake designs with plastic high heels tucked into the frosting on top. These are different though. They are actual shoes designed from the cupcakes themselves. Whoa! They are so dainty, pretty and stylish, just like my real shoes. You can see the cupcake part of the shoe in each one of these pictures. What a brilliant idea!

Just looking at these brings back all kinds of memories from watching episodes of Sex and The City over and over and over again with @radiopotato1 back in the day. These fashionista cupcakes come from the new cookbook Cupcakes, Cookies & Pie, Oh My!. The authors, Karen Tack and Alan Richardson, even created some matching handbag cupcakes. It just doesn’t get any better than this. You can pick up this cookbook on Amazon for about $12. I’m thinking about getting a copy just for this cupcake tutorial. How fun!
