3 Creative Bathroom Designs: Get Inspired In The Loo

If a progressive advertising agency asked you to design a few creative bathrooms for them, how would you do it? Think beyond the norm of simply adding top-rated shower doors or tubs, and go outside the box.

What if they asked you to create something inviting and fun since potential clients would be using it? I mean, it couldn’t be something like a glass-floored bathroom built over an elevator shaft, which would probably make people run for the hills, but rather something that would inspire them and motivate them to want to do business.

That is exactly the assignment that German design studio TULP got from an ad agency in Munich named Webguerillas. What they came up with was three bathroom designs that I think you will really like. As soon as I saw them, I knew I wanted to show you.

The first one is a bathroom with easily reachable colorful markers attached to the ceiling with magnets. This bathroom encourages people to leave little notes and messages for each other. If you ever dreamed of writing on the bathroom wall when you were a teenager, but you didn’t do it, now’s your chance to finally see what that’s like.

The second one is a bathroom that plays with the question we all have when we are in a public bathroom, well, at least the ladies do. It’s the question, “Is there toilet paper in this stall?” This bathroom lets the user feel what it’s like to be surrounded with an abundance of toilet paper. The lighting is a very pretty pale blue, which looks like a sky. It’s a calm tranquil bathroom with no worries.

The third bathroom is full of mirrors. There are mirrors of all different shapes and sizes. The color in this bathroom is all white, and with mirrors everywhere, the user will definitely see what it feels like to watch him or herself doing what we all do in there. There’s even mirrors on the ceiling. Don’t you think it would be fun to look up? If Webguerillas spent this much time and trouble to be sure their bathrooms were designed imaginatively, I wonder what the rest of their office looks like!
