Just the other day, Richard wrote an article called Superhero Gingerbread Cookies To Save Christmas. We write a lot of posts about creative cookies, but that one is definitely my favorite. I’m not sure if it’s because I love the idea of chomping the head off of a Superman cookie, or if it was the message that really touched me. It’s a reminder to help those less fortunate than us during the holidays and always. Doing something as simple as baking a batch of fun cookies and passing them out to the cold and homeless can brighten almost anyone’s day.
The same blogger who created those superhero gingerbread cookies has done it again, and this time it’s with the Disney princesses. Sugarswings, a mom from New Jersey, has taken traditional gingerbread cookies and created something really special with them. You’ll see she’s made a collection with Belle, Ariel, Alice, Jasmine, Tiana, Sleeping Beauty, Snow White and Cinderella.
You can read all of the details about how she made them at Disney Princess Gingerbread Cookies. If you decide to make these yourself, we hope you’ll come back and leave us a picture! Also, if you like reading about the Disney princesses, you might enjoy some of our other articles about them. You can see the whole list right here. Happy baking!
