I don’t think I’ve ever called a wrench cute before. The closest I’ve ever come to seeing a cute wrench is my own wrench, which is pink. My whole tool kit is pink. I put a picture of it below. People laugh when they see it, but it makes perfect sense to me. I use tools a lot around the house, and it only makes sense to use pretty pink ones.
Today I’m going to share with you a tutorial so you can make the precious little wrenches you see in these pictures. As soon as I saw this, I knew I had to show you. This is a great little DIY project because the only tools you’ll need to put it all together are a pair of pliers, some wire snips, a grinder, a hammer and a wire brush.
With a little bending, hammering and patience, you’ll be able to create your own little dinosaur wrench family. Of course, you won’t be able to use your wrenches as tools anymore once you make these, but who cares about that, right? I found this tutorial on Instructables by member ol’abbee. You can view the complete how-to there. If you don’t want to make your own Tyrannosaurus wrench, I found a similar one for sale on Etsy for around $16. Have fun!
