Spock Versus Spock Will Entertain You Until The Next Star Trek Film

“It’s life Jim, but not as we know it.” Okay, so this line wasn’t actually in Star Trek, but I bet you that when you read it, you read it in the voice of Spock. Am I right? Star Trek has been a cornerstone memory of my generation, and it endures even till this day. It has become somewhat of a cult culture. A Trekkie (or Trekker) is a fan of Star Trek, but it can go further than that. Trekkie Dating is a dating site for Trekkies which is great for finding some interstellar love.

There are so many incarnations of people’s love for all things Star Trek. The good memories I have of the original Captain Kirk and Spock are made so much better by releases of the new Star Trek films. Obviously, you can imagine how excited I am for the next Star Trek film to hit the big screen (Star Trek Into Darkness in theaters June 14).

So along with the usual searching for cool Star Trek wallpapers and clips, I came across this awesome video. Zachary Quinto vs. Leonard Nimoy: “The Challenge” or Spock versus Spock if you will, will bring a big old smile to your face. It did to mine since I am especially a fan of Spock.

I am sure that Audi was trying to bring the focus to the S7, and they did so in a very subtle way. Spock fans can appreciate the generation of differences between Zachary Quinto and Leonard Nimoy, but I wasn’t expecting the outcome of this clip. It’s hilarious to say the least. After all is said and done, it doesn’t matter if you are a fan of the old Star Trek films or the new ones. There is a golden thread that runs through the marrow of every Trekkie. It is one of love for adventure, space, the unknown and the future possibilities for the human race. Live long and prosper.
