20 Pictures That Define The Word EPIC

People who know me are quite aware of the fact that I like to use the word “epic” when I write. I don’t know why that word has become such an every day word for me, but I like the meaning of it. What would life be without a little bit of epicness in it, right? We all live our lives the way we feel is most appropriate for us, but that doesn’t mean that we are always content with the every day chores that we have scheduled. I don’t know about you, but I seek a little bit of adventure every now and then. We need to feel alive so that we can experience the dull moments as much as the intense ones. I don’t know if that makes any sense to you, but the fact is, without a little bit of adventure how would we define the boring moments?

So, how do we define epic? What does the word really mean and how can we put a picture to it for the people the still don’t understand? The people over at Caveman Circus put together a gallery of photos that truly describes the word. If you walk away from this post and still don’t know what that word means, I don’t have much hope in ever being able to help you understand. Epic is simply when you find your head spinning out of wonderment, and you wonder if what you are seeing is really real.

Have a look at these pictures and tell me you don’t know what the word epic means afterwards. The cave especially makes my mind completely explode. It’s such a magnificent display of what nature is capable of if it is given the right conditions. It should be said that each one of these pictures is as real as they can get. There is no photoshopping whatsoever (well apart from some color correction I guess). So take it in, and let yourself be marveled beyond your wildest dreams. The world is such a wonderful creation. It is the ultimate creation… and the moon is its accessory. #JustSaying
