Then hit TV shows inspired by geeks like Glee and The Big Bang Theory gave society a new outlook about this group of people. Building a positive image about someone who’s really smart and geeky is a great improvement to our social norms.

Media also plays a very important role in building the “geek brand” and influencing people’s mindsets. Now even fashion has caught up with the “smart look” becoming popular.
