We’ve featured a lot of cosplay on Bit Rebels. It’s so much fun, and it seems the costumes are getting better and better as people continue to be inspired and let their creativity shine in this way. Definitely one of my favorite cosplay costumes that we’ve shared is this Samus from Metroid. The girl that made it is incredible, and that costume is one of the best I’ve ever seen. The detail on that thing is mind-blowing.
This Death Star dress seen at this year’s Comic-Con is quickly becoming one of my favorites also. You may recognize this girl. She is Jennifer Landa, and if you follow her on YouTube, you know she is a huge Star Wars fan. The galaxy tights and TIE interceptor bow in her hair are just stellar accessories! She even came up with the perfect name for her character, Miss Death Star.
She tried making this bubble skirt from a soccer ball pinata at first, but that didn’t work out. Of course, she didn’t give up, and in the end, she was able to create exactly what she wanted. You can learn about how Jennifer made this costume by checking out the official Star Wars Blog. You can also check out Jennifer’s blog at Landa Calrissian. This is Imperial couture at it’s finest!
